Strawberry Santas

Nothing makes your mouth water more than the thought of the food that comes out at Christmas. I bet you’re thinking about it all now and your favourites to eat… Because I totally am.

I am a huge simpleton when it comes to Christmas, I don’t actually cook the Christmas dinner, my husband does them as I’m too scared, ha! He has ALWAYS loved to host so it’s not like it’s something he makes a fuss over, instead he just gets on with it. I however spend my days on Pinterest searching for easy Christmassy things to do, I have never been the one for detail so I like looking for easy and quick things to make that will guarantee a ‘mmm’ from the people eating them.

So here are some of my favourite Christmas things to do…

Christmas Tree Brownies

They sound delicious right? This is something you can give to your child for any Christmas fairs or bake sales. Also a great and simple idea for Christmassy snacks for the office.

Christmas Markets

Now I am no longer pregnant I can indulge in yummy treats with a bit of alcohol in, like German beer from the Christmas Market. If you have have never been to a Christmas market you need to! There is a little one in Chester city centre. There are stands filled with alcohol, gift ideas, Christmas decs, a giant Christmas tree and even a full hog roast (we had them at our wedding too, delicious) Perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit!

Eggs
Flour
Butter
Sugar
Ready made cupcakes (if you’d prefer)
Buttercream icing (could use green food colouring to make it tree coloured icing)

The trick I use for cupcakes are to weigh the eggs first then do the flour, butter and sugar the same too.
