Becoming a parent is one of the most rewarding (and scary) things you will ever do in your life. From what to eat during to pregnancy to how to make sure baby (and you) are getting enough sleep – you never really know whether or not you’re doing things the ‘right’ way.
The reality is – there is no rule book. Parenting isn’t black and white. It is varying shades of grey! We created Bump, Baby & You to help you through this amazing journey into parenthood. To offer advice and guidance on how to handle every stage of this crazy journey. To remind you that you are doing a good job. That it’s ok to feel out of control. It’s ok to feel like you are going to cry every minute of the day. That it’s ok to do nothing but feed your baby for days on end. It’s all ok.
As a team mums we have been there and have the stained vests, tired eyes and saggy boobs to show for it. We use our experiences as well as those of our amazing guest bloggers to show you that we are all in this together. That you don’t need to worry about having your shit together. We’ll also point you in the right direction of professional advice (NHS guidelines will become your very best friend).
