B R E A K F A S T – Smoothie bites🍓🍌 …. These have always been a hit with T! From a young age I started to freeze smoothies to help his teething and just as something different for him to have, and he loves them! You can make these using any smoothie mix – also great for Turing into nice cream! . . Ingredients: ▫️ 2 frozen bananas ▫️ handful or frozen raspberries ▫️ some blueberries ▫️ 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or coconut to make it #veganrecipe) Method: 1) take the raspberries out the freezer and allow to defrost slightly 2) put all the ingredients into the blender and mix 3) evenly spoon the mix into cupcake cases and put into the tray 4) top with some fruit if desired and then pop into the freezer overnight ready for breakfast in the morning! (Or for a few hours until frozen!) . . This is such a great little recipe!
