Spaghetti bolognaise has to be hands down the most popular recipe that parents call upon during weaning, but it can get a bit repetitive, am I right? This amazing recipe idea could shake dinner time up a tad.

BOLOGNESE PUFFS …. I did type this recipe out yesterday and post it put all the text got deleted so I decided to remove the pictures and retype it all out (crying a little inside)! So as a few of you requested, I thought I would share with you my Bolognese left over sauce turned into puffs recipe! It’s so simple and all you need is your left over mince and sauce & some ready rolled puff pastry!! It’s that simple! . . Ingredients ▪️ left over Bolognese sauce ▪️ ready rolled puff pastry ▪️ 1 egg beaten (for glazing- optional) ▪️ grated cheese (optional- but amazing!) . . Method 1) cut your puff pastry into 8 little rectangles, or 4 of you would prefer bigger puffs 2) spoon around a table spoon of your Bolognese sauce into the center & top with a sprinkle of cheese if using 3) fold the pastry over, using a fork press down the edges right the way round 4) place your puffs onto some grease proof paper on your baking tray 5) beat an egg and brush the tops of the pastry- this will make them a lovely golden colour! 6) preheat your oven to 180oC and cook for 25 minutes or until golden & enjoy! . . ⚠️ allow time to cool before serving to small children and cut appropriately … ❄️ suitable for freezing if cheese is not added … 🍽 plate- @boboandboo ———————————————— #homemade #pasties #homemadecooking #leftoverrecipe #leftovers #spagbol #bolognesepasties #puffpastry #blw #blw6months #foodphotography #droolclub #blwidea #blwrecipe #whatifeedmykid #toddlermeal #toddlerlunch #toddlersnack #foodie #busymom #workingmom
