Originating as a small business set up in the conservatory of founder Conor Jaafari's mum, their story is as follows...
"For the love of comfort - Once upon a time, there was a little boy who loved his blanket more than anything. He took it with him everywhere he went, and it brought him comfort every day.

Cozy Crew Club offer worldwide postage, Monday to Friday. They share on their website;
"Deliveries are made Monday to Friday WORLDWIDE and according to the stipulated working hours of delivery to each country. No deliveries are made on weekends and during local festivals. Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, to facilitate deliveries, customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where you have someone who can receive the package.
Orders are usually delivered to 2 to 5 days and usually meet the deadline, although Cozy Crew Club can not guarantee the timeliness, all orders are delivered in a period of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of order at most. Once order is shipped, the customer receives a notification email with expected delivery date.
If the customer enters an incorrect address or postcode Cozy Crew Club are not liable for this shipment being delivered successfully as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all the correct information is entered. In event it is not Cozy Crew Club are not liable to provide a replacement product."
