🍦Healthy Soleros🍦 . Well we’ve done it guys, we’ve officially survived the hottest day of the year ☀️🥵 WELL DONE! . These little beauties definitely helped today as they’re sugar free and taste AMAZING, meaning I ate loads 🙊🤣 . They may not taste EXACTLY like soleros, but they look a little like them, are so easy to make and most importantly, HEALTHY 💪🏻 . Only 3 ingredients: 🥭 Mango 🥥 Coconut water 🍦 Greek yoghurt . 🍦Peel a mango and remove the stone 🍦Blitz in a blender until liquidised 🍦Add 1/2 cup of coconut water and mix 🍦Pour into moulds, filling each mould 3/4 full 🍦Freeze for at least 2 hours (without the lids on) 🍦Fill the remaining space in each mould with Greek yoghurt 🍦Put the lids on the moulds and freeze for 2+ hours 🍦Serve and enjoy . I first saw these great @tescofood moulds used by @our_blw_journey_ and just had to get some. . What shall I make in them next?
