J A M • T W I S T S This is such a simple recipe and since I’ve not been feeling well the past couple of days this was all I could pull together! . It literally takes 5min to prepare and 7-10min in the oven. . Ingredients •Ready to roll puff pastry •Jam (I used our local strawberry jam, if you’d like to make your own head over to @our_blw_journey_ and check out her easy strawberry jam recipe! For a sugar free jam head to the bottom of this post for my Raspberry chia jam recipe) . Method Roll out pastry Spread jam Cut into strips and twist Bake 180° 7-10min . Ingredients •100g Raspberries •2tbsp Chia Seeds •Half a Lemon •1/2tbsp Maple syrup (optional) . Method Mash raspberries with fork, stir in chia seeds, juice from half a lemon and syrup if using.
