New Woodland Themepark BeWILDerwood Opening in Cheshire!

A brand new woodland-themed attraction is opening in Cheshire later this year!

With ziplines, treetop walks and mazes as well as many other fun activities, there will be NO technology, loud rides or fast food. This is PERFECT for parents sick of conventional theme parks, and parents of children with sensory difficulties who struggle to cope with loud, flashy theme parks.

When does BeWILDerwood open?

It will open on the 23rd of May, 2020.

BeWILDerwood, opening on May 23, is located in South Cheshire across 70 acres of woodland. The land is based on the BeWILDerwood book series by Tom Blofiend (a great read).

Cheshire BeWILDerwood is the second theme park to open – the first opened in Norfolk in 2007.  You’ll be able to find it at Whitchurch Rd, Malpas, Whitchurch SY13 4J.

How much will tickets cost?

Tickets will cost £16.50 for kids between 82cm and 105cm, or £18.50 for people over 105cm. Kids under 92cm can go free, and visitors over the age of 65 cost £10.50.

What will the park feature?

There will be 10 giant structures, (one being an eight metre high treetop ride called the Sky Maze), as well as climbing walls, mazes, ziplines, and much more! You’ll be able to enjoy ‘the Wobbly Wires’, the ‘Curious Treehouses’, and many more zanily named attractions.

There will also be face painting, storytelling, craft workshops and den building for smaller children which is included in the entry price and parking will be free. There will be NO technology so you and your little ones will be able to have fun in nature – how lovely.
