Sneak a Peak at Tonight’s Bedtime Story with Tom Hardy!

by kloeforster

Mummies – we’ve got a little treat for you!

Take a sneaky peak at tonight’s instalment of the CBeebies bedtime story with Tom Hardy.

Tune in to CBeebies at 6:50pm and catch it streamed on iPlayer afterwards too.

A Tiger in the Garden Author Lizzy Stewart Tweeted earlier: “This is TONIGHT. Officially the most unexpected thing to ever happen in my picture book career!”

In tonight’s story: A Tiger in the Garden, we see a colourful adventure between Nora and her Grandma taking place in their garden. Nora doesn’t believe that her Grandma’s seen one in the garden. She’s too old to play Grandma’s games. Everyone knows that tigers live in jungles, not gardens. We don’t want to give too much away but little ones and grown ups will delight in the beautifully illustrated tale.

Tom ends the bedtime story by reassuring us all ever so gently that during this time “your imagination can take you wherever you want to go”. He also adds that our dreams can take us anywhere we want to go to too…  We can only hope there’ll be plenty of dreams featuring you tonight Tom!

We can’t wait to tune in tonight and we’ll be sneaking a peak tomorrow and Friday too! What a tremendous Tom filled week this has been.

Tom Hardy has officially been named as CBeebies most popular bed time stories guest. He first appeared on the programme all the way back in 2016 and since then his Bedtime Stories have been requested a whopping one million times on BBC iPlayer. No the wonder he’s back for a full week then…

Will you be tuning in? Have you been enjoying Tom week so far? Let us know in the comments.
