McDonald’s Breakfasts are coming BACK!

by kloeforster

Last week we were thrilled to see McDonald’s open up every drive thru restaurant across the country, but this morning we’re EGGSTATIC to hear that McDonald’s Breakfasts are on their way BACK!

Unfortunately, only a select few restaurants will be offering the limited breakfast menu until successful trials have been carried out.

It’s been said that McDonald’s will bring back McMuffins, bagels and hash browns on its breakfast menu on June 24th.

McDonald’s says it will reveal the locations of the trial restaurants “nearer the time”.

We must add that some breakfast fans might be a little bit disappointed that there will be no pancakes or bacon rolls available initially.

McDonald’s hope to extend the breakfast menu nationwide from July as part of its phased wider reopening.

Either way – we’re so EGGCITED to hear this news! Praying to the Maccies Gods that a branch near me has breakfast on the menu… I cannot wait to get my hands on a Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin. Might even treat myself to TWO hash browns…

It was also announced yesterday that McDonald’s WILL be allowing walk in visits too. 11 Roadchef branches will be opening for takeaway on June 17th. Limited numbers of people will be allowed in to stores at one time and all visitors will be asked to sanitise their hands upon entering. There will be markings in place to guide visitors around a one way system and to ensure everyone keeps a two metre distance.

Are you excited to hear that Mcdonald’s breakfasts are coming back? Will you be visiting your nearest restaurant for a walk in visit when you can? Let us know in the comments!
